Louisiana Land Trust Position: Compliance Monitor Location: 11601 Southfork Dr., Bldg D Baton Rouge, LA 70816 Employee Type: Full-Time Employee Description: The Louisiana Land Trust (LLT) has an opening for a full-time Compliance Monitor. Listed below are some of the duties expected by the Compliance Monitor but is not intended to be an inclusive list: Develop and implement compliance reviews focused on HUD CDBG programs designed to minimize risk to LLT. Communicate results to LLT management, outside contractors and examiners the results of findings. Have the ability to understand complex operations and apply them to LLT policy and Federal Regulations. Candidate must have excellent data analytical skill, effective communication skill, and due diligence and dedication to the job. Minimum requirements include: 3 years of experience in internal or external audit Strong interpersonal skills CPA or CIA Prior experience in monitoring of CDBG programs and/or Construction and Real Estate Management
